Remote Hospitality Recruiter Build W-2 Bench, Earn Per-Placement

The Wilkinson Firm

The Wilkinson Firm, a leader in Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing, is seeking recruiters to build a W-2 hourly bench in their home market. This remote, market-based role operates on a 1099 contract with per-placement commissions and optional residuals tied to shift revenue for 12–24 months.

You will source, screen, onboard, and maintain relationships with bench staff such as banquet servers, bartenders, captains, cooks, and housekeepers while coordinating with the Director of Hospitality
