Speech-Language Pathologist – NJ DDD | Consistent Long-Term Caseload | Oxford Consulting Services

Oxford Consulting Services is hiring part-time SLPs to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). These aren't short-term cases. DDD clients stay with their providers long-term — often for years. You build a caseload once and you get to see the work you do make a lasting difference.

What You'll Do:

Provide Speech-Language Pathology services to adults (21+) with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey. Evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements:

Active NJ SLP license

ASHA CCC-SLP

1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+

Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings

Hourly Rate: $67-$73/hour
