As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.* You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional and friendly manner.* We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a natural ability to problem-solve.* Job Responsibilities include managing high volume incoming order processing.* Accurately enter orders into our systems and respond to inquiries from customers and employees via phone, email, and chat.* Help with other duties as needed.* Availability to work an assigned schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.### **What sets you apart*** High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* One or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Excellent phone and office etiquette, including verbal, written and people skills.
