Metro Services is seeking to fill the Office Coordinator position for our company in Sparta, TN. This is a direct-hire job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

• Review resumes, identify qualified candidates, and conduct candidate screening

• Conduct interviews and extend employment offers to qualified applicants

• Provide regular recruiting and personnel updates to the management team

• Assist with employee relations, recruiting activities, and various administrative functions

• Ensure smooth, effective, and efficient daily office operations

• Open and close the office each day and maintain a professional work environment

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail

• Prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment

• Effectively conduct client-specific orientations for new employees

• Perform light office cleaning and other duties as assigned

Compensation (USD):

$17.00 - $18.00/hour

Depending on experience

Schedule:

1st Shift

Monday – Friday

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be willing to complete a 10-panel drug screen and background check

• Must be willing to participate in a three-step hiring process

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar administrative, office, or recruiting role

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required
