Mountain Park Physical Therapy department is a fast-growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Phoenix, AZ based at our Tempe or Maryvale clinics. We treat a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses for patients of all ages. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic physical therapist to join our health care team.

Essential Functions

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• · Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.

Position Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of physical therapy.
