This position centers on direct patient care, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation. The LPC will help clients address challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions while working in a structured telehealth setting.Responsibilities:Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients on a scheduled basisAssess presenting concerns and identify treatment goalsCreate individualized treatment plans that reflect client needsTrack progress and document each session accuratelyProvide evidence-based counseling interventionsMaintain professional boundaries and ethical clinical standards
