Lead disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, and employee coaching discussions. Support talent management efforts, including interviewing and employee development. Manage leave of absence and accommodation requests. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and performance management.
