Swimming Fishies Swim School is on a mission to teach children life-saving swim skills in a joyful, fast-paced setting. We're not just a swim schoolwe're a movement! Located in Argyle, TX, our vibrant school is powered by positivity, excellence, and a passion for helping kids grow. We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who is ready to lead with heart, hustle, and a splash of fun!

As Assistant GM, you'll be the right hand to our leadership teambringing structure, energy, and encouragement to both staff and families. This role is perfect for someone who's fun, outgoing, assertive, ambitious, energetic, and a natural self-starter. You'll thrive in a space where you can take initiative, create solutions, and motivate others while keeping things upbeat and on track.

Key responsibilities include supervising front desk operations and ensuring seamless, positive customer experiences; assisting with hiring, onboarding, and managing team members; setting the tone by leading with energy, kindness, and accountability; communicating confidently and professionally with staff and families; overseeing facility cleanliness, supply inventory, and daily task completion; helping resolve customer questions or concerns with confidence and care; tracking and reporting on attendance, payroll, and performance trends; stepping in as needed to coach, train, or provide extra support where needed; and fostering a team culture that's upbeat, motivated, and mission-aligned.

Who you are: a fun, energetic leader who lifts up those around you; motivated and ambitious, always looking for ways to grow and improve; assertive and confident, especially when handling decisions or conflict; a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage many moving parts; skilled in customer service with excellent communication and organization; familiarity with swim schools, recreation, education, or team leadership is a major plus; comfortable working evenings and weekends as part of our full-time team.

Position details: Full-Time, Exempt. Salary range: $30,000$40,000 annually (based on experience). Location: 820 Indian Trail, Argyle, TX 76226. Reports to: General Manager / Owners.
