Senior Commercial Financial Analyst

At Mammotome, a Danaher company headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, we develop innovative technology for breast cancer diagnostics. We are seeking a Senior Commercial Financial Analyst to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis that supports decision‑making across sales, service, and marketing teams. Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate flash reports, forecast submissions, and actuals narratives to support business planning and decision‑making. Maintain and update weekly sales forecasts, partnering closely with Sales teams to consolidate inputs and ensure alignment. Support the monthly close process, including preparation of Commercial P&L reporting, accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis to identify key drivers. Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to track spend versus budgets, monitoring events, pre‑payments, and accruals to ensure financial accuracy and control. Develop and deliver monthly reporting packages, including margin, ASP, Bowler, and KPI reports, providing insights, identifying trends, and enabling data‑driven business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field with 5+ years experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience, or doctoral degree with 0–2 years experience. Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and triage deliverables. Excellent communication (oral and written) and great attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills. Fluency with SAP or a comparable ERP system. Desired Additional Experience Experience with Onestream. Certified Public Accountant. Travel & Physical Requirements Travel expectations are minimal. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $85,000–$95,000. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. The package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
