Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Bilingual Dispatch in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Professional at a financial institution location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor alarm and access systems, document incidents, and support timely responses to emerging situations. You will provide outstanding customer service while helping to maintain an organized, professional environment. - Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate responses with on-site personnel and emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of incidents, alarms, access concerns, and communications in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Monitor security-related systems, alarms, cameras, and access activity, and communicate potential concerns to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
