CMM Programmer

Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Stable, growing manufacturing environment Long-term career advancement opportunities Job Details Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CMM equipment to inspect precision machined components Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements Utilize precision measurement equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges Document inspection results and maintain quality records Identify nonconformances and work closely with engineering and production teams on corrective actions Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system compliance Ensure adherence to customer specifications and industry standards Qualifications Experience programming and operating CMM equipment Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Experience inspecting tight-tolerance CNC machined components Proficiency with precision measuring instruments Familiarity with SPC, quality documentation, and nonconformance reporting CNC machining knowledge highly preferred Experience with PC-DMIS, Mitutoyo, Zeiss, or similar CMM software preferred ASQ or related quality certifications are a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
