Senior Learning And Development SpecialistAs a Senior Learning And Development Specialist, you will partner with business units across German American Bank to design, develop, implement, and facilitate learning solutions that support employee and leader growth. This role is ideal for an experienced L&D professional who enjoys both the structure of instructional design and project ownership, as well as the connection and energy that comes from regularly facilitating learning experiences. A successful candidate will be comfortable managing learning projects from needs analysis through evaluation, creating practical and engaging learning materials, and facilitating classroom, virtual, and blended programs for employees at all levels of the organization.A Day In The Life – Your focus will be balanced between designing and developing learning solutions, managing training projects, and regularly facilitating development courses across the organization. You will create and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning, videos, and other performance support tools, while also leading engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning experiences for employees, teams, and leaders.
