BCBA Position – Action Behavior Centers We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop clinically sound treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve measurable progress for children. Responsibilities Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging. Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Benefits & Compensation Base salary $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Monthly performance bonuses (unrestricted). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000. Mentorship and certification bonuses based on training outcomes. Long‑term ownership eligibility upon promotion to Sr. BCBA. 401(k) with company match. Health, dental, vision coverage.
