Salary: $100,000-$130,000 + Bonus

Location: Chicago

The role:

My client are seeking an experienced BI Data Analyst to join their growing team in Chicago.

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.

The successful candidate will stem from a Trading background and have good knowledge of financial instruments and the Trading lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Working across finance, trading operations and data engineering
In depth analysis of Trading related Data
Data analysis, validation and acuity
Management and audit reporting

Core skills required:

Strong Python experience for Data related work – Pandas, database connectivity, writing clean and repeatable scripts
Strong SQL experience – complex multi-table joins, aggregation, query performance
Experience working within a Trading firm
Experience working with Tableau, Power BI or similar solutions
Exposure to VAT/GST/Regulatory Reporting
