Travel Long Term Care RN

Role & Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, including assessing residents, developing and updating care plans, administering medications and treatments, supervising staff, educating residents and families, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Respond to emergencies, coordinate with healthcare teams, document care, and support resident well-being through high-quality, resident-centered services. Qualifications & Skills: Must have at least one year of recent LTC RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS. Essential skills include critical thinking, strong communication, physical ability to move equipment, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in English and basic PC skills are required.
