Registered Nurse - NICU Level III
Location: Arlington, TX
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 7A-7P, Weekend Every Other Week
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our NICU Level III unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in the NICU environment.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Meditech.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to develop and implement care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level III NICU setting.
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Specialty certifications in Neonatal Intensive Care preferred.
