Overview Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States Start date: 07/01/2026 Duration: 6 weeks Weekly pay: $765 - $828 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00-19:30) Work setting: Long-term care facility (LTC - Nursing Home) This is a travel - temporary assignment with local candidates only. Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $765 - $828 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week - Contract duration: 6 weeks - Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts - Start date: 07/01/2026 - Local candidates only Responsibilities - Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents as directed. - Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and report changes promptly to the supervising RN. - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and routine personal care for residents. - Document care provided in resident records accurately and in a timely manner. - Maintain safety, infection control, and privacy standards in all care activities. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Requirements - Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire. - Current CPR/BLS certification. - Ability to work 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:30) in a long-term care setting. - Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred. - Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to prioritize resident safety and comfort.
