Senior Accountant - Lewisville - Hybrid (90k-100k)

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a well-established and growing organization. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who excels in financial reporting, general ledger management, and analytical review. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in GAAP, experience working with modern accounting systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative yet independent environment. Job Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements Analyze financial data such as costs, revenues, and obligations to support forecasting and planning Assist with month-end close processes and reporting activities Review and support the work of junior staff as needed Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial operations and reporting needs Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles Experience with accounting systems (e.g., ERP platforms such as Workday or NetSuite) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
