Schedules, case mix, and focus areas can be shaped around a doctor’s strengths, interests, and stage of life — whether that’s surgery, longer appointments, or a different workflow. That flexibility is cultural, not reactive. We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000+ (based on experience), comprehensive benefits, paid licensing and dues, CE support, and paid parental leave.
