Position Summary

Responsible for operating and monitoring industrial press equipment used to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality output. This role supports daily production goals by maintaining equipment performance, verifying product quality, and making basic operational adjustments to keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (Present Tenure Duties)

• Operate and monitor industrial press equipment

• Load and position materials through press systems to support continuous production flow

• Monitor process conditions (pressure, temperature, cycle timing) and make basic adjustments as needed

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product specifications are met

• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate mechanical or maintenance needs when required

• Support startup, shutdown, and changeover activities

• Complete production logs, quality checks, and equipment documentation accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or industrial production experience required

• Experience operating presses, automated equipment, conveyors, or similar machinery preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to identify and respond to basic equipment issues

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production specs, and quality standards

• Strong attention to detail with focus on safety and product quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuous production environment

• High school diploma or GED preferred
