Why You'll Love This Job Clean, modern manufacturing environment Growing company with long-term career advancement opportunities Best-in-class medical coverage 100% company-paid dental and life insurance Paid parental leave Competitive PTO package Monthly catered lunches and employee appreciation events Stable Monday-Friday schedule Supportive team culture where your skills are valued What You'll Be Doing Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to maximize uptime Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Troubleshoot production equipment and quickly resolve breakdowns Maintain conveyors, filling systems, packaging machinery, stacking equipment, pumps, motors, and valves Inspect equipment and identify opportunities for improved reliability Perform electrical troubleshooting, including PLC-controlled equipment Complete minor facility maintenance repairs when needed Work closely with production teams to keep operations running efficiently What We're Looking For Experience in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, or a related field Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment repairs Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Bonus Skills PLC troubleshooting experience Welding and fabrication skills Equipment installation experience Field service or machinery commissioning experience Whether you're an experienced Maintenance Technician or a mechanically skilled professional looking for a long-term opportunity, you'll find room to grow here.
