Client Advisor

Summary The Client Advisor is responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client service while representing the brand in-store. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships through product knowledge and personalized service. The advisor also supports store operations, including POS transactions, inventory counts, merchandising and loss prevention to maintain store readiness. Responsibilities Achieve personal sales goals and support the team to meet store targets Educate and advise clients on product features, brand history and offerings Maintain and develop an active client book; prospect and cultivate new clients Provide high-quality customer service and prompt follow-up on purchases and repairs Operate POS, open and close the register, and process payments and returns Conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies Maintain visual merchandising standards and general store readiness and housekeeping Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous luxury or retail sales experience; established client book preferred Professional presentation with strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude and ability to work as a team player Knowledge of fashion and design trends and interest in travel Availability for varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
