We are seeking an experienced and motivated Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support efficient distribution processes. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse associates, ensuring accurate loading and unloading of trucks, maintaining inventory organization, and supporting timely deliveries and returns for scheduled events and customer orders.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, safety-focused, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay : $47,500

1st shift 5:00am-1:30pm

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide daily direction to warehouse associates
• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks
• Ensure correct inventory and equipment are prepared for deliveries and pickups
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams regarding schedule changes and event updates
• Support inventory returns, cleaning, restocking, and organization
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
• Ensure damaged inventory is processed and repaired in a timely manner
• Assist with training warehouse staff on proper procedures and equipment usage
• Monitor employee performance and productivity
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Support customer fulfillment and warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screening
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 20–40 lbs consistently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Ability to work in warehouse environments without climate control
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working around loud noises and warehouse equipment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Overtime may be required
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed
