Job Description
The GSRP Teacher serves as a Lead Teacher in a team teaching environment, providing early childhood education that fosters child development through structured lesson planning and curriculum implementation. This role requires weekly curriculum planning, active classroom management, regular student assessment, and consistent communication with parents to support student growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Manage classroom activities to create a positive and productive learning environment
- Assess student progress and monitor child development regularly
- Facilitate regular meetings and maintain open communication with parents
- Implement curriculum effectively within a team teaching setting
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in early childhood education
- Strong skills in classroom management and curriculum development
- Effective lesson planning and communication abilities
- Patience and creativity in working with young children
