People who take pride in every item we produce, from raw ingredients to the finished product. Job Details Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, ensuring that all machinery and equipment is functioning at optimal levels to meet production demands. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: Conduct preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Perform electromechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve any issues with equipment. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve any equipment-related issues that may impact production schedules. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels. Assist in the development and implementation of new maintenance procedures and protocols to improve overall equipment reliability and efficiency. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as electrical and mechanical components. Experience with electromechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with others to achieve team goals. High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
