About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to take on a pivotal role in leading and managing clinical activities on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with executive leadership to influence and implement organizational strategy, as well as shaping the necessary infrastructure, processes, and culture to support the company's international expansion. This role demands a high level of visibility and ownership across global clinical operations, with a focus on advancing significant clinical programs and establishing a strong operational foundation for future growth. Applicants for the Vice President of Clinical Operations position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior clinical operations role, preferably within a clinical-stage biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment. The role requires a strategic leader with the ability to drive and manage change, as well as a deep understanding of the global clinical development landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience in immune-mediated diseases or related therapeutic areas and a strong background in building and leading high-performing teams.
