Field Service Technician – Kalispell, MT. Help diagnose, repair, and service heavy construction machinery for customers on‑site. Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently using troubleshooting skills. Communicate clearly, respectfully, and timely with customers and management during the repair process. Prioritize safety at all times by following guidelines and procedures. Maintain a clean and efficient work environment in the field truck. Keep abreast of evolving technology through training and learning new skills. What You Will Need Experience in diesel mechanics or mechanical background, preferably including diesel mechanics schooling. Effective communication skills, written and verbal, for interacting with customers and teammates. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and focus on specifics.
