What you'll do as an Order Entry Specialist

Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner
Provide order updates, product information, and shipment status details
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and return requests
Partner with Sales, Shipping, and Production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

What we're looking for in an Order Entry Specialist

Previous experience in order entry, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and a team-first approach
