Job Description Sr HR Generalist Lathrop,CA, US Job Details Experience: Senior Level Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year Bilingual in Spanish required Key Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the HR Business Partner supporting manufacturing leaders. Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning. Lead employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace issues. Conduct employee investigations. Administer performance management processes. Ensure compliance with: FMLA ADA EEO Wage & Hour laws Manage leave of absence programs. Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and talent decisions. Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements. Maintain HRIS accuracy and reporting. Drive employee engagement initiatives. Support HR operations across a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Foster a positive, high-performance culture. Qualifications Needed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong Employee Relations experience is required. Manufacturing or other high-volume production environment experience preferred. Experience conducting employee investigations. Experience with performance management. Experience administering leaves of absence. Strong understanding of: FMLA ADA EEO Wage & Hour laws Experience using HRIS systems. Microsoft Office proficiency. Bilingual Spanish required. Proven ability to build strong relationships with leaders while balancing employee advocacy and business objectives. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
