What you’ll do: You will be an integral member in the design, analysis, development, and deployment of multiple projects to tackle complex business problems You will design and implement highly scalable and reliable applications and components You will closely with architects, product leads and developers You will work in small, agile teams to design, develop, and maintain our RESTful web services using Java in a continuously integrated environment You will create automated regression tests, participate in peer code reviews, and provide estimates on work You will always be asked to promote good development practices, execute great software design, and give to a balanced culture of hard work and FUN! Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience In lieu of degree, 2+ years of proven experience Programming skills with Java on a Unix/Linux platform Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive Ability to work well with people, be highly self‑motivated and motivating to others Proven ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast‑paced environment Committed and passionate about delivering high‑quality work Salary & Compensation The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $94,500.00 to $132,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $151,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
