QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge about food safety and hygiene Ability to balance and carry heavy trays Ability to stay calm and work well in a fast-paced environment Good communication and customer service skills Some weekend availability A high school diploma or equivalent would be preferred but isn't required. WHAT TO EXPECT AS A SERVER ASSISTANT A positive attitude and a focus on customer service are your keys to success in this entry-level role.
