What You’ll Do In-Home Consultations: Run company-provided warm leads generated through our local marketing campaigns. Self-Generated Prospecting: Build direct outreach strategies through neighborhood prospecting, HOA partnerships, local contractor networks, and client referrals. Consultative Selling: Conduct interactive product demonstrations, build custom quotes using modern digital tools, and present high-value solutions to upscale homeowners. Client Onboarding: Guide customers through system specs and smartphone app features to build long-term relationships and drive high-margin referral business. What We’re Looking For Sales Track Record: 1+ years of successful experience in B2C direct sales, home services (solar, roofing, security, HVAC), or high-ticket consumer sales. Hunter Mentality: Driven to self-generate leads, build a local pipeline, and maximize earnings. Polished Presenter: Ability to articulate value over price and build genuine trust with clients during face-to-face consultations. Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends when homeowners are available.
