We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Windows Administrator with SCCM to manage enterprise Windows Server patching, software deployment, automation, troubleshooting, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows Server administration experience, advanced PowerShell scripting skills, SCCM/MECM expertise, and a solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure services and ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute enterprise-wide Windows Server patching and software deployment activities
• Administer and support Microsoft SCCM/MECM infrastructure and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows Server operating system issues during incidents and production outages
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate patching, software deployment, compliance tracking, and reporting
• Monitor patch compliance and ensure systems meet organizational SLAs, security standards, and compliance requirements
• Create operational and compliance reports using MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL queries
• Develop and maintain T-SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and operational metrics
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams to plan and implement patching activities
• Coordinate patching and software deployment across development, test, and production environments
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and knowledge articles
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring infrastructure and patching issues
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities
• Ensure critical production systems are maintained with minimal business disruption
• Provide technical guidance and support for enterprise Windows infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level experience in Windows Server patching and software deployment
• Strong L3 troubleshooting experience with Windows Server operating systems
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Strong SQL and report generation skills
• Strong technical documentation and authoring capabilities
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes
• Experience supporting critical enterprise production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft SCCM/MECM infrastructure
• Knowledge of T-SQL for report development and data analysis
• Exposure to enterprise monitoring and automation tools
• Understanding of Windows security, patch compliance, and infrastructure security controls
• Experience with large-scale enterprise patching environments
• Knowledge of automated software distribution and application deployment

Certifications Preferred

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Microsoft certifications related to Windows Server Administration
