As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Interaction in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a resort location, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests, residents, and staff. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, amenities, and the surrounding property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for security-related concerns such as unauthorized access, property damage, disturbances, or suspicious activity, and document observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and coordination with on-site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued Security Professional license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
