Senior Construction Estimator - Cost, Change & Value Engineering

Unified Business Technologies, Inc. is seeking experienced Construction Estimators to support NAVFAC Northwest with cost estimating, change analysis, constructability reviews, and claims analysis. The estimator will develop and review estimates for new construction and changed conditions, and provide independent recommendations regarding contractor cost proposals. The role requires extensive experience with NAVFAC/USACE programs, CostWorks, and related estimation tools, and the ability to obtain #J-18808-Ljbffr Unified Business Technologies, Inc.
