Warranty Specialist

Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking a Warranty Specialist for a client in Summit County, Ohio! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for quality, and experience managing warranty processes within a manufacturing environment. Position Overview The Warranty Specialist will lead warranty claim investigations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as a key liaison between Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service. This role ensures product issues are accurately documented, analyzed, and resolved while driving improvements that reduce repeat failures. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of warranty claims-from initial receipt to closure Conduct detailed root-cause analyses and failure investigations Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues Track trends, identify recurring problems, and recommend corrective actions Prepare and deliver warranty performance reports and dashboards Communicate findings with internal teams and external customers Support quality audits and continuous improvement activities Maintain detailed documentation of all warranty-related activities Participate in product evaluations and testing to validate corrective actions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field (required) 2-5 years of experience in warranty, QA, or product support within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of root-cause analysis tools (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.) Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Benefits 401k PTO Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
