Foster a Vibrant Practice Culture: You will design a client-centric, collaborative environment, setting the standard for medical excellence and teamwork from the outset. Guide and Develop Your Medical Team: You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing your associate veterinarians and support staff, cultivating a team that is skilled, efficient, and motivated. Ensure Medical and Surgical Excellence: You will establish and uphold the hospital's standards of care, guaranteeing exceptional patient treatment and providing mentorship in general surgery and dentistry. Engage in Business Ownership: Collaborating closely with your Hospital Manager, you will oversee the hospital's financial performance, making strategic choices that promote revenue growth and long-term prosperity. What You Bring to the Team A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid license to practice. At least 4 years of veterinary experience, with a solid background in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry. A compassionate and collaborative leadership approach, capable of mentoring and developing associate veterinarians and support personnel. An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong grasp of what it takes to operate a successful practice. Prior formal leadership or management experience is highly advantageous.
