The Role You Will Play

• The Senior FileMaker Engineer will own performance and well-thought-out development decisions as the system moves to multi-site.
• This role involves working with a manager (not a FileMaker developer), a senior-level developer, and an outside consultant.

• 10+ years of FileMaker experience around scaled systems, understanding the implications of development choices at an enterprise scale, and handling concurrent users across multiple sites is crucial for this role.
• Highly skilled in architectural and schema-focused development, with deep scripting capability
• Familiar with a team environment, accustomed to code reviews and data abstraction thinking
• Working knowledge of iterative development and a "minimal viable product" approach
• Experience with JSON packages and transactional scripting
