Operation and finance manager

```Duties:```- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls- Monitor and analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide recommendations to senior management- Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities- Manage cash flow, including monitoring cash balances and optimizing cash management strategies- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial transactions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll- Perform general ledger reconciliation and maintain accurate records of financial transactions- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance

```Qualifications:```- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)- Proven experience in financial management or a related role- Strong knowledge of financial services, corporate finance principles, and accrual accounting- Proficient in account reconciliation, accounts receivable management, and general ledger reconciliation- Experience in treasury management and cash flow analysis- Ability to interpret financial reports and provide meaningful insights to senior management- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in financial software applications (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks)- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: $55,747.00 - $65,030.00 per year
