Fulfillment Specialist

$18 per hour

Now Hiring a Fulfillment Specialists in Largo, Fl. for a hands-on Assembly role in an Air-Conditioned production environment. This position is ideal for someone with Assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Assembly experience required; 2+ years preferred
Must be mechanically inclined, dependable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Drug screen and background check required
2+ years of assembly experience preferred
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools and small power tools
Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, routers, and drawings
Strong attention to detail for inspecting small components and finished assemblies
Reliable, dependable, and able to work at pace in a team environment
Able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive work, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read and communicate in English for safety and instructions

JOB DUTIES

Assemble customer-specific products according to production requirements
Use hand tools, small power tools, and physical force as needed
Inspect materials and completed assemblies for visual defects and quality standards
Operate equipment such as a horizontal press when required
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Help prevent foreign object debris and other workplace hazards
Float between assembly areas as needed to support production
