Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and those in need of assistance.

Duties:
- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Document client care activities and maintain accurate medical records

We have Live-ins and 2-, 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts per day, as well as night shifts.

Location: Freehold (Monmouth County), Marlboro (Surrounded areas of entire Monmouth County)

Skills:
- Experience in home care or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of memory care and dementia care techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions from nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members
- Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail in documenting medical information accurately

Requirements:
- Valid Driver License in the State of New Jersey
- Valid Certified license for Home Health Aid by the State of New Jersey. 
- Valid Work Authorization to work in the United States.

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
