You take initiative and can confidently run household tasks, but you also know when to step back and follow the family's lead. You're flexible and easygoing, able to adapt to a dynamic schedule and shifting priorities. You're organized and detail-oriented, and you enjoy creating simple systems that keep a home running smoothly.You communicate clearly (especially via text), and you're comfortable coordinating with others, including the family's work assistant, vendors, and guests when needed.
