Press Operator Details
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 16.50 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
  • Set up and operate CNC and/or manual turret press machines to punch, form, and fabricate metal parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings to ensure accurate part production.
  • Load raw materials into the press and unload finished parts.
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections using tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
  • Change tooling and make machine adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
  • Deburr, stack, label, and prepare finished parts for the next stage of production.
Press Operator Qualifications
  • Recent turret press or metal stamping/press operating experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills preferred.
  • Stable work history with reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production goals.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
