What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll help maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime by:

• Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Diagnosing equipment failures and completing repairs quickly and safely
• Assisting with equipment installations, rebuilds, upgrades, and modifications
• Supporting machine setups, adjustments, and production changeovers
• Completing preventive maintenance inspections and documenting repairs
• Identifying recurring equipment issues and assisting with root cause analysis
• Following OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
• Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams
• Assisting with spare parts inventory and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Mechanical systems
  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatics
• Proven troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• High-speed manufacturing or packaging experience
• Industrial maintenance or mechanical technical training
• Basic PLC knowledge
• Welding and fabrication experience
• OSHA, forklift, or related safety certifications

Schedule

Night Shift

Additional overtime may be available based on production needs.
