Overview
Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Tele), travel assignment in Olathe, Kansas, starting 8/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,998-$2,052 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital with a Cardiac Telemetry unit.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data; respond to arrhythmias and hemodynamic changes per protocol
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed; manage cardiac drips and electrolyte management
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record; participate in shift handoffs
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide patient and family education, ensure safety of high-risk cardiac patients, and escalate concerns promptly

Requirements
- Active Kansas RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry experience; 2-5 years preferred
- Experience with TR Band use straight from procedures
- Experience with cardiac drips (Heparin, Butamax, Lasix, Cardizem) and initiation of Tikosyn/Sotalol
- Ability to float to all acute care units as needed; willing to work 12-hour night shifts
