License: Valid Washington license in hand required

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT

Must-Have: Candidates must have experience with floor care, emergency response, and rapid response. Candidates are required to work weekends, rotating every other weekend. Candidates must be able to float between units based on patient acuity.

Description: The position requires the ability to set up and manage aerosol therapies for patients. Candidates must have experience with various respiratory equipment and treatments. Interpretation of arterial blood gases is a necessary skill. Knowledge of device troubleshooting and weaning from mechanical ventilation is essential. Experience with pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable with patient care across diverse age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Teamwork and interdisciplinary support skills are important for this role. Candidates may be involved in special procedures within the unit. All candidates must provide two references covering one year of experience within the last three years.
