Senior Client Advisor - Evergreen

Summary Front-of-house luxury sales role focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and upholding brand standards in the boutique. The Senior Client Advisor cultivates and retains a strong client portfolio, supports store KPIs, and contributes to a collaborative and professional sales environment. This role supports mentorship and career development opportunities within the boutique team. Responsibilities Provide impeccable, personalized service and execute the sales ceremony for clients. Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and CRM data enrichment. Drive individual and store KPIs including consignment, appointments, repurchase rate, UPT, and conversion. Mentor and coach team members and share product knowledge and best practices. Act as manager on duty when required; execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys. Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes. Requirements Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for luxury fashion. Ability to tailor client experiences and deliver high-touch service. Experience in Women’s and Men’s Ready-to-Wear is a plus.
