Lead Electrician (Residential Solar - Journeyman)

The Role This is a field-based, hands-on leadership role focused on residential solar installations. You’ll be responsible for the electrical scope of projects, ensuring systems are installed safely, correctly, and in compliance with all codes and standards. You’ll also work closely with installers and helpers, guiding execution on-site and ensuring high-quality delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Leading Electrical Installations You’ll handle the electrical side of residential solar projects, ensuring all systems are installed according to code and design specifications. Ensuring Quality & Compliance You’ll verify wiring, grounding, and system integrity, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and ready for inspection. Team Coordination You’ll work alongside installers and helpers, providing guidance and ensuring efficient execution on-site. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving You’ll identify and resolve issues in the field to keep projects moving without delays.
