Revenue Cycle Coding Manager

Due to recent growth, they are looking for a dynamic Revenue Cycle Coding Manager to lead the function. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a 401k match AND profit-sharing!Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.RESPONSIBILITIES:Directly manage all Coding and HIM staff, including performance management, coaching, and corrective action.Establish and enforce productivity expectations; monitor daily output to prevent backlogs.Partner with supervisors to align workflow and resolve operational issues.Represent Coding Operations in Revenue Cycle meetings and collaborate across departments.Communicate with physicians and leadership to address operational needs. xhyhwjd REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics5+ years of people management experience, including managing large teams.Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Coding, HIM, or healthcare operationsCoding Certification (CPC, RHIT, or RHIA)COMPENSATION:$110,000 - $130,000 BaseBENEFITS:Medical, dental, PTO, 401k Match, and Profit-SharingEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
