One first shift, and two second shift opportunities, however training may be done on a split shift, so you will have opportunity to meet and work with all experienced members of the team.The duties of the final assembly process are extremely important for the safe operation of our trailers. This role includes the proper installation, assembly and other mechanical type duties, as the business necessitates:Hydraulic fittingsControl wiringInstallationGeneral trailer functionsPneumaticsProficiency with the company standards on hose routingTrailer electrical systemTrailer AlignmentBasic mechanical skillsSteering componentsWheel InstallationCrane usagePlus, cross-training will be available, to expand your skills into other applications of the final assembly processes.Other business-related duties may be assigned as our workload necessitates.It is the policy of TransMaster Trailers to provide equal employment opportunities to all persons, without regard to any protected status or characteristic.
